NeOn Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 22, 2026  ·  App: NeOn (com.neon.games)  ·  Publisher: NeOn Games, a PyroDS project (Pyro Consulting Services LLC)

The short version. NeOn doesn't collect anything. No accounts, no sign-in, no network access. Anything the app saves stays on your device.

What we collect

No personal info. NeOn doesn't collect, send, sell, or share any personal or device information. No analytics, no ads, no tracking of any kind.

The app never asks for internet permission, so it can't send data off the device.

What's stored on your device

To work at all, NeOn saves a few things locally on your device only. None of it ever leaves:

  • Game progress and saved games.
  • Parent settings (parental gate, time limits, which games are visible).
  • On-device play time, used only to enforce the time limits you set.

You can wipe all of it any time by clearing the app's storage or just uninstalling.

Children's privacy

NeOn is built for kids and families. Since it collects no data and has no network access, it can't collect personal info from children or anyone else, knowingly or not. We built it to line up with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU's GDPR-K the simplest way possible: by collecting nothing.

No ads, no outside links, no social features.

Third parties

NeOn has no third-party ads, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
